Key Responsibilities :
1. Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage CEO's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports for CEO's review.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of CEO.
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and directives across HQ and branch teams.
- Support preparation of monthly management reports, business updates, and strategic initiatives.
2. Personal Assistance to CEO
Handle personal matters for CEO including errands, reservations, and family-related arrangements when required.Provide travel support (local & outstation), including trip planning, accommodation, and logistics.Accompany CEO for business events, visits, and meetings when necessary.Be available beyond regular working hours to support CEO's schedule.3. Digital Content Support for CEO
Capture photos, videos, and content of CEO during meetings, visits, and events for digital posting.Assist in drafting captions, key messages, and coordinating with Marketing team for social media posting.Maintain a content library for CEO's professional and brand presence.Ensure CEO's digital image aligns with company branding and professional positioning.4. HQ Administrative Duties
Maintain proper filing systems, both digital and hardcopy, for business and personal documents.Coordinate reports and submissions from HQ staff and branch executives.Draft professional letters, memos, and communication for both corporate and personal use.Assist in HR administration (staff records, leave tracking, onboarding).Oversee office administration including facilities, supplies, and vendors.5. Confidentiality & Professionalism
Handle sensitive business and personal matters with the highest level of confidentiality.Exercise discretion, professionalism, and loyalty at all times.Represent the CEO and company with credibility and respect in all interactions.6. Other Duties
Carry out any other task as requested by the CEO, including personal handlings and urgent matters.Provide full commitment to adapt to ad-hoc responsibilities aligned with CEO's priorities.Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.3–5 years' experience as PA / Executive Assistant / Admin in corporate / SME setting.Experience or interest in digital content support (photos, videos, social media coordination).Willing to travel (within Malaysia & occasionally overseas) and work extended / flexible hours.Excellent communication skills in English & Malay (written & verbal).Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital productivity tools.High level of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness.Good looking appearance.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
