Job descriptionBrainstorming with the team on the Key Idea & Concept from Creative angle that curate the essence of a proposal. Constantly propose new ideas on creative & design to improve the online or on ground marketing event collaterals production. Responsible in service or maintain existing client accounts and establish new clients accounts on creative related matters. Conduct research, make site visits, and find related resources / solutions to cater for clients creative & design needs for campaign, event, live show & production needs. Responsible in all aspect of creative & design project from conceptualize to design production, includes planning, pitching and executing with multi department supports. Communicating, maintaining and developing the relationship with clients on creative relative matters. Coordinate and monitor production timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Serve as liaison with vendors & stakeholder on production related matters. Able to contribute in planning, practice effectiveness in communication both internally within the company and externally with all other parties. Prepare report to track internal revenue and creative design sales forecast by monthly, quarterly & yearly planning for department incentives. Maintain & update company internal social media management with content creation & campaign related program to drive followers and increase brand awareness. Update & renew company equity & CI from time to time to ensure company continue to have latest updated relevant image and equity.
