As an Experienced Associate, the PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this role include :

• Develop and write computer programmes to perform specific tasks related to organisational goals.
• Create workflow diagrams and charts to demonstrate the functionality of programmes before coding them.
• Run software tests to spot and resolve bugs and inconsistencies.
• Write code for software patches and bug fixes.
• Work with team members to find creative, innovative solutions to problems.
• Collaborate with other departments and clients to understand their needs and devise ways to accommodate them with software.
• Perform regular audits to identify software inefficiencies and mastermind ways to improve workflow.
• Write and continually update documentation for all programmes for internal and external reference.
• Manage system quality constantly and consistently, including troubleshooting and elimination of bugs, glitches, errors and grammatical mistakes.
• Ensure system stability, security, reliability, accessibility and accuracy at all times so that the Client Support team can deliver services in a timely and professional manner to clients.
• Ensure system quality checks are completed comprehensively before pushing to the live site.
• Ensure company applications (including but not limited to GitHub, Zendesk) are managed securely with proper access controls and private distribution of information, data, source code, and files.
• Ensure codes, source code management systems and workstream management systems follow industry coding best practices and are free from cybersecurity risks.
