Your Role

• Responsible for periodical Financial Position Review & Report to regional & local Board members.
• Assist and ensure all accounting procedures and reporting systems are implemented, controlled and monitored.
• Fulfil Local Statutory Requirement and Supervisory Board Reporting. Handle ad hoc audit requirement by various authorities.
• Liaise with auditors and other relevant internal / external business partners.
• Treasury management – Supervision of cash flow forecast and currency needs according to current business and investments needs, Company Insurance matters.
• Handle company secretarial duties, ensure compliance with the requirements of the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
• Ensure timely and accurate lodgment / submission of statutory documents and keep records properly updated.
• Lead other ad‑hoc assignments related to Finance Department function & related matters.
