Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct product knowledge and treatment protocol training.
  • Deliver sales and customer service workshops.
  • Develop and update training materials.
  • Provide on-site support and hands-on training.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and support ongoing development.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and build strong client relationships.
  • Maintain training records and coordinate logistics.

Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in Beauty Therapy or related field (CIBTAC / CIDESCO / SKM preferred).
  • 3–5 years as a beauty therapist, ideally with training experience.
  • Skilled in skincare, treatment techniques, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English.
  • Willing to travel locally for training sessions.

    • Offer :

  • Basic salary RM4500–RM6000
  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS
  • 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 8 : 30am–5 : 30pm)

    Education :

  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma (Required)

    • Experience :

  • beauty therapist : 3 years (Required)

    • Language :

  • Proficient in Mandarin and English. (Required)
