Job description

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related fields;

2. Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in marketing or brand promotion, with a preference for direct experience working for a brand, with a proven track record in offline marketing, event planning, and co-branding initiatives;

3. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis to monitor and assess data performance;

4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and budgets simultaneously;

5. Good command of written English;

6. Creative thinking, Possess innovative marketing thinking with strong local insights.

Responsibilities

1. Brand's Social Media Management (Facebook & Instagram), including contents development and planning, caption writing & post release, community engagement; Be responsible for the Reach, followers, and engagement rate result on social media;

2. Be responsible for the Co-brand & KOL sourcing, partnership negotiation, content script create and review, ensuring the final data results;

3. Membership Community maintenance and growth, come up with membership activity &recruitment plan ;

4. Media Buy, Develop and implement local media placement plans, including advertising placements and promotional campaigns, to boost brand visibility and market share. Especially Facebook CPAS ads.;

5. Understand local market needs and competition, actively participate in market research, propose innovative marketing ideas and strategies to drive continuous growth of the brand;

6. Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations for co-branding opportunities; collaborate on joint marketing efforts, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with brand standards;

7. Oversee the budgeting and planning of the social event and partnership with different stakeholders, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

8. Develop and collaborate with potential offline events organization & CSR organizations.
