Process Engineer

KEY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES :

To develop, implement, monitor and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and workflow for assembly products : -

Develop FMEA / PFMEA, Working Instructions, approval sample, workmanship standards and process documents, and ensure production followed.

Continually improve the existing operation, production for increase the productivity, efficiency and cost saving as well as reduce the rejection rate.

Work together with production team, QA & Project team on the customer quality complaint and perform the root cause analysis and coordinate corrective & preventive action.

Report to Lead in a timely manner of any important aspects and problem related to assigned responsibility.

Determine line capacity & Standard Time to marketing for new model quotation

Determine process flow and line layout to support new model introduction (NPI)

Work with Project Engineer and Process Engineer on new model trial run

Proposal new Jigs & Fixture, deal with Jigs & Fixture fabrication with vendor for MP process cycle time improvement.

AUTHORITY :

• Authority to stop production if have any related issue and perform immediate counter measure.
