We are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, expand our market presence, and build strong relationships with both local and international customers. This role plays a vital part in connecting our advanced manufacturing.
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong customer pipeline.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Liaise with internal teams (Production, Purchasing, QC, Logistics) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare timely sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
- Support branding activities and represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits.
- Handle ad hoc sales or marketing tasks assigned by the Department Manager.
What We're Looking For :
Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.3 years of relevant experience in sales / marketing, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or related industries.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in preparing proposals, quotations, and marketing materials.Ability to multitask, work independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Possess own transport and willing to travel locally and overseas as required.Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required for liaising with Chinese HQ, customers, and suppliers.Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.What We Offer :
