Job descriptionAssist in the daily operations of the food production line, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process, identifying and reporting any deviations. Operate and maintain food production equipment, performing routine checks and minor repairs as needed. Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines, contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere. Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished food products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including raw material usage, output quantities, and quality control data. Support senior production staff in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions. Lunch Provided Annual Leave Medical Leave SOCSO
Requirements
- Minimum education level : Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required for effective communication with the production team and understanding of instructions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.
- Willingness to learn and assist in various aspects of food production, including preparation, processing, and packaging.
- Basic understanding of food safety and quality control principles is preferred; training will be provided.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance and cleaning to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
