Job description

We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 7+ years of experience in professional staffing sales . The ideal candidate is a true hunter , focused on acquiring new clients and expanding market share in the Professional, IT, Finance, and Engineering staffing space.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and close new business with mid‑market and enterprise clients (Fortune 1000) .
Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (TA, Procurement, MSP leaders).
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Attend industry events and conferences as needed.

Requirements

7+ years selling Professional Staffing or Managed Services (MSP / RPO / VMS) .

Proven success in new client acquisition and closing large accounts.

Strong network within the talent ecosystem .

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Tech‑savvy; comfortable with CRM tools, Zoom, and MS Office .

Bachelor’s degree required.

Must reside in the United States .
