The Role

You will be responsible for :

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive to spearhead sales and client acquisition in factory and industrial projects, with specialization including but limited to Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems, ICT solutions, and structured cabling infrastructure . The role involves identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through customized connectivity and digital infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in factory and industrial projects .
  • Promote and sell ELV systems, ICT solutions, and structured cabling services to clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, M&E consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly defined and implemented.
  • Track sales performance against assigned targets and provide regular reports to management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve offerings.
  • Participate in tender submissions, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and networking events to enhance company visibility and branding.

Ideal Profile

Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Business, Engineering, ICT, or related field.
  • Experience : Minimum 2–5 years of sales / business development experience in factory or industrial projects, with proven exposure to ELV, ICT, and structured cabling solutions .
  • Strong network of contacts in construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
