Responsibilities

  • To perform claims day-to-day verification for all transactions, including processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of claims accuracy, completeness and meeting the required Service Level Agreement.
  • To review and process claims based on Company policy in Workday and SAP system.
  • To execute claims posting as per agreed schedule.
  • Coordinating with Business Group HR / BG Finance and CSC Finance on finance posting outputs.
  • Liaise with Business Groups for authorization on related matters.
  • Coordinate with Business Group for final amount to be paid.
  • To ensure accuracy in all expenses claims transactions based on the given time frame.
  • All transactions should be processed i.e. entered into Workday and SAP or rejected according to the established process and procedures.
  • To attend to CSC communication channels e.g. email and assigned Helpdesk tickets accordingly to all Analysts.
  • To monitor and process ad hoc requests (e.g. Reports, Change Requirements, etc.) before specified deadline.
  • Perform other duties as delegated (e.g., back-up function, execute business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects).
  • Resolve employee and Business Groups queries related to statement of expenses claims status, finance posting report on timely basis.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on related matters, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Requirements

  • A diploma / degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or in any relevant disciplines.
  • At least 3 - 6 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
  • Candidate with experience in SAP / Workday would be an added advantage.
  • Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT).
