Job descriptionBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP or production planning software is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule stamping operations based on production orders and demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth stamping operations.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and address potential delays.
- Maintain accurate records of stamping output, machine utilization, and inventory.
- Generate and analyze production and capacity reports to support operational decisions.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize stamping processes and efficiency.
Job Requirements
Salary Range : RM 3,000 - 3,500
Location : Senai, Johor
