Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Service :

  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints or escalate to a supervisor if needed.

Food & Beverage Handling :

  • Handle food and beverages according to company standards.
  • Pack and serve orders to customers.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.

    • Cashiering :

  • Operate the cash register or POS system.
  • Handle cash, credit / debit transactions, and issue receipts.
  • Ensure correct change is given and cash drawer is balanced.

    • Cleanliness & Maintenance :

  • Clean tables, counters, and work areas.
  • Wash dishes and utensils (if required).
  • Ensure cleanliness of the dining or service area.

    • Stock & Inventory :

  • Refill condiments, napkins, utensils, and other supplies.
  • Assist in stocktaking and inventory checks.
  • Report low stock levels to the supervisor or manager.

    • Team Support :

  • Assist team members in various duties during busy hours.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.

    • Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

    Pay : From RM1,700.00 per month
