Key Responsibilities :
Customer Service :
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints or escalate to a supervisor if needed.
Food & Beverage Handling :
Handle food and beverages according to company standards.Pack and serve orders to customers.Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.Cashiering :
Operate the cash register or POS system.Handle cash, credit / debit transactions, and issue receipts.Ensure correct change is given and cash drawer is balanced.Cleanliness & Maintenance :
Clean tables, counters, and work areas.Wash dishes and utensils (if required).Ensure cleanliness of the dining or service area.Stock & Inventory :
Refill condiments, napkins, utensils, and other supplies.Assist in stocktaking and inventory checks.Report low stock levels to the supervisor or manager.Team Support :
Assist team members in various duties during busy hours.Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
