Sales Executive (Maintenance)

Identify and qualify leads by calling prospective clients with a view to secure a minimum of but not limited to new business meetings whenever business opportunity arises.

Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product / services.

Follow up all incoming leads, determining the best way of establishing contact with the client to establish their needs and present an appropriate corporate solution.

Maintain a suitable base of required skills, knowledge and presentation abilities to be able to deliver meetings in the corporate environment.

Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification and classification

Discuss specific client needs or contractual arrangements with the Sales Manager before signing off by the client.

Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

Keep Section Head and General Manager informed on any customer problems / opportunities timely.

Record and report required information in a timely and accurate manner.

Carry out Ad Hoc task or projects for continuous work process improvement from time to time as required by the superior / the Company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical / Electrical, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related discipline.

Must have at least 1-2 years experience preferably in maintenance services and contract renewals

Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical skill

Able to articulate and possess effective presentation skills

Committed and result driven

Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure

Strong self initiative and creative
