Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction or project site.
• Ensure work is progressing according to schedule, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and site staff.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members and stakeholders.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure all workers follow safety procedures.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and used efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed.
• Report any variances to project managers or senior manager
• Inspect work for compliance with building codes and project specifications.
• Address defects or issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain site records including progress reports, incident logs, and inspection reports.
• Report regularly to project managers or directors.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities as required.
• Handle inquiries or concerns from neighbors or the public.
