Job Title : Finance Manager

Company : Healthcare Consultants Asia Sdn Bhd

Location : Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur (easy access via public transportation)

Salary Range : RM6,000 – RM8,000

Working Days : Monday – Friday (5 days a week, on-site)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with strong expertise in operational finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting management with timely financial insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily finance operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory reporting, and audit requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for decision-making.
  • Manage and guide the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in operational finance.
  • Solid knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
