About us

What will you do?

• Design and implement high-availability, scalable system architectures.
• Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
• Define, track, and analyze SLOs / SLIs to ensure service reliability.
• Conduct thorough incident post-mortems for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to establish best practices and drive reliability improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to databases, networks, and deployments (including underlying platforms like Kubernetes and VMs).
• Ensure timely resolution of issues within SLAs, maintaining high service delivery standards.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements.
