Operations Associate / Manager – Digital Asset Exchange

Responsibilities

• Oversee technology platforms and operational workflows for our digital asset exchange, including tokenisation, custody, and related services.
• Manage client onboarding, account opening, asset transfers, trade settlement, reporting, reconciliation, token issuance, listing evaluations, cap table management, and client support.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams on new business initiatives and launches.
• Conduct due diligence and handle client inquiries.
• Assess and evaluate listing applications.
• Ensure smooth and efficient platform operations, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain operational documentation and manuals.
• Work with external partners to ensure seamless integration.
• Partner with the technology department to resolve user issues and support product development. Perform UATs and suggest enhancements.
• Collaborate with the business department to enhance user experience.
• Assist the compliance department with regulatory reporting and internal controls.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and support overall business operations.
• Be a proactive team player in a lean, international team.
