Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

Installation Works

  • Install mechanical and digital locks on doors, gates, cabinets, and safes at customer premises.
  • Mount, align, and secure locking mechanisms properly to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Ensure wiring, configuration, and testing of digital locks are completed according to manufacturer's standards.

Customer Site Visits

  • Attend scheduled appointments at residential, commercial, or industrial locations.
  • Communicate politely and clearly with customers regarding installation procedures and aftercare instructions.
  • Technical Support

  • Provide basic product training to customers (e.g., how to use or reset the digital lock).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common issues during installation (e.g., door alignment, battery issues, Wi-Fi connectivity).
  • Pre-Installation Preparation

  • Inspect job sites before installations when required.
  • Ensure all necessary tools, parts, and products are prepared before dispatch.
  • After-Sales Service

  • Perform maintenance or repair work on existing lock systems.
  • Assist in replacement or upgrade of locking systems when required.
  • Reporting & Documentation

  • Complete job sheets accurately for each site visit.
  • Report any issues, delays, or customer feedback to the supervisor.
  • Health & Safety

  • Follow proper safety procedures during installations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site and in company vehicles.
  • Teamwork & Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support colleagues during high-volume periods or complex installations.
  • Job Requirements

  • Proficient in hands-on tasks with confident usage of power tools.
  • Able to read and interpret installation manuals, technical diagrams, and schematics.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, verbally and in writing.
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Willing to travel to job sites within the Klang Valley and occasionally to outstation locations.
  • Neat and presentable appearance with a high level of professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and be comfortable with work-related travel.
