Job Scope / Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and correspondence.Prepare purchase orders, quotations, and invoices related to office and renovation projects.Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.Support HR and management in handling general office matters.Renovation & Project Coordination
Coordinate renovation and maintenance works for office, outlets, or company properties.Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.Monitor renovation progress, timeline, and budget, reporting updates to management.Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and government requirements.Assist in space planning, office setup, furniture arrangement, and facility improvements.Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Interior Design, or related field.At least 1–2 years of working experience in administration, renovation, or project coordination (fresh graduates may be considered).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Good communication and negotiation skills to liaise with contractors and vendors.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willing to travel or be on-site when required.
