An International PMC hiring for multiple vacancies for Senior Project Managers (CSA), Senior Project Managers (MEP) and Design & Architectural Manager to be based in JB. Must have data centre construction experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the review and management of CSA tender scope, ensuring technical and programme compliance from tender issuance through to award.
Coordinate with design consultants and internal stakeholders to align tender documentation with project requirements.
Evaluate contractor submissions for compliance, value engineering opportunities, and programme feasibility.
Early Works Management
Prepare and manage early works tender packages, including direct negotiations where applicable.
Site setup and logistics
Review and coordination of drawings and WS3-4 design drawings.
Ensure compliance with AHJ (Authorities Having Jurisdiction) requirements for commencement of works.
Lead CSA scope from pre-construction through to early works completion.
Interface with client, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and quality.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

This position coordinates the design & architectural aspects of data centre construction, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure designs meet client needs, are compliant with standards, and integrate with mechanical, electrical, and IT infrastructure while adhering to strict project schedules and budgets.
Key responsibilities include managing scope, design delivery, coordinating with specialists like for CSA / MEP, and ensuring architectural solutions are innovative, sustainable, and resilient for the data centre's critical functions.
Candidates should have experience in data centre construction, coordinating design deliverables, managing consultants, and interfacing with client-side stakeholders during the pre-construction and early execution phases of data centre or mission‑critical projects.
Design Coordination
Oversee the architectural design development, ensuring it aligns with the overall data centre requirements and client goals.
Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration
Work with and coordinate architects, engineers (M&E, CSA, fire safety), IT experts, and contractors to create integrated designs.
Scope and Schedule Management
Manage the scope-of-work, maintain the design delivery schedule, and ensure timely progress of all architectural tasks.
Budget Management
Contribute to managing the design budget for the project, ensuring cost-effectiveness in architectural solutions.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure that the architectural designs meet all relevant regulatory, industry, and site-specific compliance requirements.
