Head of Business Development and Marketing
Drive business growth through strategic planning, market research, and competitive analysis.
Lead marketing initiatives including advertising, campaigns, digital marketing, events, and brand management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Oversee corporate communications, PR activities, and development of marketing materials.
Manage franchising operations, monitor franchisee compliance, and support performance improvement.
Prepare and manage the business development and marketing budget.
Supervise CRM updates, customer enquiries, and departmental administrative functions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s is an advantage).
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience with strong leadership and strategic capability.
Proven track record in business development, marketing management, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Experience in franchise management and digital marketing is an added advantage.
