In this role, you will take responsibility for building, nurturing, and expanding partnerships with key accounts in the utilities sector, with a particular focus on national grid players. Success in this position requires strong industry knowledge, consultative engagement skills, and the ability to deliver complex, high-value solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build, strengthen, and manage long-term relationships with strategic customers in the utilities segment, especially within the national grid ecosystem.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the full sales cycle for medium-voltage and power distribution solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer priorities, including grid reliability, infrastructure development, and sustainability goals.
- Collaborate across internal teams to deliver integrated solutions spanning transformers, switchgears, and energy management systems.
- Drive account planning, forecasting, and execution to achieve business growth targets.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate is a proven account manager with deep industry knowledge and established networks in the utilities space.
Minimum 8 years' experience in sales and account management.Strong existing relationships within the utilities sector, preferably with TNB.Technical background and understanding of medium-voltage power systems (transformers, switchgears, energy management solutions).Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.Proven ability to develop long-term partnerships and deliver sustainable business growth.What's on Offer
