Test Engineer Reliability Lab

Job Description

• Installation and ramp up of a new reliability test laboratory for ASIC Semiconductors from scratch on
• Coordination and tracking of dates and testing costs
• Cross-departmental coordination of the test design with the involved areas
• Coordination of the test implementation in close cooperation with all areas involved, taking into account available  resources
• In the event of capacity bottlenecks, check the effects, develop solutions and coordinate with reliability engineer
• Carrying out deviation and error analyses for test setups in case of conspicious behaviours
• Introduction and maintenance of the IT infrastructure in close cooperation with the lead laboratory in Reutlingen, Germany
• Cooperation in automation and continuous improvement topics
• Release new test setups, develop maintenance procedures and provide technical support in case of failures
• Monitoring overall equipment effectiveness
• achieving quality, cost, delivery targets. Implementation of cost saving measures
• Open for business trip and able to travel to China and Germany for training

Qualifications

Masters in Science or Engineering (Physics / Electrical / Electronic)
