Job descriptionSupervise cafe operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Manage and train cafe staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability. Implement and enforce cafe policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales. Washed dishes and restock the bar line for continued fast service capabilities. Maintained a clean and professional appearance of staff, store and cafe. Daily handling cashier including opening and closing account. Medical Leave (MC) SOCSO ANNUAL LEAVE Staff Meal Training Provided
Requirements
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia to a diverse customer base and ensuring clear communication within the team.
- Minimum Certificate / Vocational / Diploma experiences in F&B industry within 1-2 years.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for cafe patrons.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities, capable of guiding and motivating a small team of cafe staff to achieve operational goals.
- Manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks and ensuring smooth cafe operations during peak hours and staff absences.
- Apply problem-solving skills to address customer complaints, resolve conflicts among staff, and handle unexpected operational challenges.
- Utilize critical thinking to analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance cafe profitability and customer satisfaction.
