Requirements
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia to a diverse customer base and ensuring clear communication within the team.
- Minimum Certificate / Vocational / Diploma experiences in F&B industry within 1-2 years.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for cafe patrons.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities, capable of guiding and motivating a small team of cafe staff to achieve operational goals.
- Manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks and ensuring smooth cafe operations during peak hours and staff absences.
- Apply problem-solving skills to address customer complaints, resolve conflicts among staff, and handle unexpected operational challenges.
- Utilize critical thinking to analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance cafe profitability and customer satisfaction.
