Key Responsibilities

Lead the company’s overall strategic planning, business development, and operational execution to achieve financial and organizational objectives.
Drive revenue growth by setting clear sales targets and implementing data-driven strategies to maximize business performance.
Provide strong leadership and direction to management teams, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture.
Identify new market opportunities and develop forward-thinking business strategies to ensure sustainable growth and competitiveness.
Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including partners, investors, and key clients.
Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Proven leadership experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive in the technology industry, with exposure to public listed company environments.

Strong sales orientation with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.

Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
