We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead IT and software-related projects that drive innovation and business transformation. This role blends strong project management discipline with business analysis expertise, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, customer-focused solutions.

As part of our team, you will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, while engaging closely with stakeholders to define requirements, mitigate risks, and foster collaboration across functions. You will also play a key role in translating business needs into actionable technical requirements and ensuring compliance with project governance standards.

What You’ll Do

Lead the planning and execution of IT / software projects (budgeting, resourcing, vendor management, delivery oversight).
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, user stories, workflows).
Collaborate with users and technical teams to ensure business needs are met.
Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Apply methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall to drive execution.
Monitor and manage vendor / developer performance to ensure quality and compliance.
Measure outcomes, document lessons learned, and embed continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (Diploma + significant experience may be considered).

10+ years of IT experience , with at least 5 years in project management & business analysis.

Strong knowledge of SDLC, system / software implementation, and enterprise solutions.

Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence.

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certifications preferred.

Proven track record in stakeholder & vendor management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to balance dual responsibilities as Project Manager & Business Analyst.

Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Customer-focused mindset with measurable business impact.

Adaptability and resilience in complex, dynamic environments.

Strong leadership with accountability and ownership in delivering large-scale enterprise projects.
