Overview

Position : Business Continuity Management (Senior Management) Salary range : RM 10,000 - RM 13,000 Role Purpose Responsible for executing Business Continuity Management (BCM) tasks and supporting the Branch Head in managing BCM-related responsibilities. This includes active involvement in all stages of BCM risk assessment and simulation planning (testing) to evaluate the implementation of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP). The role focuses on identifying documentation and reporting gaps, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adequacy of BCP documentation. Key Responsibilities

BCM Simulation Planning Develop and execute BCM initiatives and programs based on the approved Annual BCM Plan. Ensure implementation aligns with company's BCM framework and current standards. Prepare and follow SOPs and guidelines set by company. BCM Simulation Execution Support the Unit Head / Branch Head in BCM management and follow-up actions. Participate in simulation exercises, risk assessments, and impact analyses. Ensure corrective actions are taken based on identified risks. Reporting and Documentation Prepare timely and accurate reports for internal BCM activities. Liaise with branches and departments to coordinate BCM documentation updates. Ensure documentation meets company’s compliance requirements and is ready for audit or evaluation by relevant authorities. Skills Simulation Testing IT Disaster Recovery Crisis Management Team Requirements

At least minimum 7 years of experience in BCM and IT Disaster Recovery Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Management, Risk Management, IT, or related disciplines). Higher qualifications will be an advantage. Must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics Experience in BCM or risk management is an advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Familiarity with simulation exercises and crisis response planning is a plus.
