We are expanding and seeking a Carpentry Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead on-site activities and ensure the smooth execution of projects across residential, office, and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate on-site carpentry works, including installation and finishing for interior projects.

Lead and guide site teams, including carpenters and subcontractors, to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Work closely with project managers, drafters, and clients to address site-related matters in a timely and efficient manner.

Plan daily work schedules, allocate manpower effectively, and monitor progress against timelines.

Use digital tools (such as Lark) for reporting, progress tracking, and communication.

Ensure proper handling and efficient use of materials on-site.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in carpentry installation, interior fit-out, or site supervision.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Practical knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and finishing standards.

Ability to handle site challenges and work under project deadlines.

Proficiency in digital reporting tools will be an added advantage.

Willing to travel to project sites within the Klang Valley.
