We're Looking For Someone Who Is : Fluent in Mandarin (Read, Write, Speak) , Normal English & Cantonuese - will be good! Education & Experience :

  • SPM / UEC or 6 months working experience
  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus.

    • What You'll Do :

  • Handle customer inquiries and update information on the Health Care platform (via voice, chat, email).
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.

    • Location : Kuala Lumpur (Nu Sentral / KL Sentral) - Super convenient! Working Hours : 5 days / week, Night shifts ( 8 hours work + 1 hour break ). Employment Type : Permanent.
