Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Planning & Logistics Analyst to support plant operations, inventory management, production planning, and logistics coordination in a palm oil refinery. The role involves optimizing stock levels, coordinating deliveries, managing certifications, and supporting cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth and cost‑effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage raw material and product movement, stock levels, and production schedules
• Plan monthly production run rates and align with maintenance, sales, and procurement teams
• Coordinate delivery operations, including intercompany transfers and terminal support
• Analyze operating expenditures, justify variances, and recommend cost‑saving measures
• Manage SAP postings for inventory, goods receipt / issue, and month‑end closing activities
• Support regulatory compliance including MSPO, ISO, Halal, and Kosher certifications
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (suppliers, customers, authorities)
• Oversee tank farm operations, weighbridge management, and stock reporting
• Assist in contract vetting, tax exemption processes, and regulatory submissions
• Participate in audits and contribute to continuous improvement of procedures and systems
