Content & Brand Growth Marketer

who blends the skills of a content marketer with the mindset of a brand builder. You’ll create high-impact, SEO-driven content while also amplifying it across social, partnerships, and creator campaigns — making sure Venngage’s voice is not only authoritative, but also visible, human, and inspiring.

Research, outline, and write educational, actionable content on visual communication, AI, and design.

Develop SEO-driven blog articles, reports, and resources that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Repurpose long-form content into snackable, high-performing formats (carousels, short-form video, UGC-style snippets, etc.).

Select relevant templates and visuals that align with Venngage’s design-first brand.

Confidently manage and publish content in WordPress, ensuring formatting, internal linking, and best practices.

Brand Growth & Social Presence

Be a confident, visible voice for Venngage across key social platforms — both on brand channels and through your professional-personal voice.

Create and review social-first content with the design team, ensuring it’s timely, engaging, and aligned with brand tone.

Show up on camera for short-form video, product walkthroughs, or behind-the-scenes brand storytelling.

Surface platform-specific ideas and emerging content trends to keep Venngage’s presence fresh and relevant.

Distribution & Growth

Proactively market and distribute content across email, social, and community channels.

Identify opportunities to turn organic content into growth loops (resharing, UGC, community engagement).

Support influencer outreach and creator onboarding, ensuring campaigns feel authentic and aligned with Venngage’s values.

Extend the reach of blog articles, reports, and product features through smart distribution and partnerships.

Partnerships & Campaigns

Collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand partners to co-create impactful content.

Manage campaign deliverables and timelines, ensuring brand consistency across assets.

Suggest and execute new collaboration formats (carousel swaps, LinkedIn lives, co-marketing initiatives).

What We're Looking For

Strong writing skills — clear, conversational, with personality.

SEO knowledge and experience integrating it naturally into content.

Confidence managing content in WordPress and collaborating with design.

A visible, authentic voice on social media — comfortable being “the face” of content and brand storytelling.

Experience repurposing content across formats and channels.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to own projects from idea to publish to distribution.

A collaborative mindset — you work independently but know when to bring others in.

Bonus Points If You

Have experience in SaaS, B2B, or marketing / design tech.

Have worked on influencer or creator campaigns.

Are familiar with tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, or social scheduling tools.

Have an interest in graphic design, data visualization, or content accessibility.
