Requirements
- Achieve at least Diploma certificate
- At least 1 year of experience in an advertising or digital agency as client servicing (Know about marketing, advertising and digital, including social media). Seniors are also welcome too!
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills in English are a must. Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Have knowledge of strategy planning, media planning and what makes a campaign work.
- Strong listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Dynamic personality, a driven and go-getter attitude.
Responsibilities
To build and maintain great relationships with new and existing clients to sustain a healthy partnership with both parties.To develop and grow the business of your clientele base.To manage account / clients' projects through coordination with the team and ensure quality delivery.To perform market research, proposal writing in English, and presentations in English.To manage and exceed revenue projections for the Account Servicing team.Make sure that your projects / campaigns run smoothly and have a strong problem-solving abilityTaking part in creative brainstorming and solutions with the creative team.You are also required to acquire new accounts from time to timeBenefits
