Role Overview
As an HR Executive, you'll play a key role in managing HR operations across several subsidiaries. This includes handling recruitment, payroll, KPI tracking, and employee relations. You'll report directly to the General Manager and oversee HR for a workforce of around 30 employees across different entities.
What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle recruitment, especially for e-commerce-related roles (TikTokers, Customer Service, etc.)
Handle payroll and ensure compliance with labour laws & statutory requirements.
Support KPI implementation and performance management
Act as the main contact for HR matters, employee relations, and conflict resolution
Coordinate HR policies across multiple subsidiaries
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with strong focus on recruitment & payroll
Diploma / Degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage HR functions independently across different entities
