About the Role :
Our client is seeking for a dynamic and technically-minded Customer Support to join our team. This role is a perfect blend of customer relationship management and sales support, designed for someone who enjoys assisting clients and driving business growth. You will be the crucial link between our customers and sales force, ensuring exceptional service and identifying valuable opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Service & Technical Support :
- Serve as the first point of contact, handling and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical and product-related problems, providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales & Quotation Support :
Assist in the preparation, creation, and revision of sales quotations.Manage the quote process for selected accounts, including follow-up, negotiation, and closing to secure sales.Sell consumables and manage small accounts via telephone and electronic communication.Lead Generation & Business Development :
Proactively identify new sales opportunities and generate high-quality leads.Book qualified appointments for the external sales team to pursue.Analyze customer data to generate cross-lead opportunities for other divisions within the company.Administration & Data Management :
Perform new client registration and maintain accurate customer records.Diligently update all customer interactions, needs, and account information into the CRM system.Conduct data analysis to support sales strategies and reporting.Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Science, or a related field.At least 1 year of working experience in a similar customer support / sales support role or in a technical position.Technical Acumen : Ability to quickly understand our products to provide basic technical support.Sales & Distribution Understanding : A grasp of sales processes and distribution channels. Basic project management skills are a plus.Exceptional Communication : Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a customer-centric approach.Language Proficiency : Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele.Analytical Mindset : Comfortable with data analysis and maintaining meticulous records in a CRM system.Compensation & Benefits :
