Project Lawyer

Providing comprehensive legal advice, services, and legal documents related to the project, such as Sale and Purchase Agreements, Deed of Mutual Covenant, and loan documents.
Conducting legal research, analysis, and preparing legal documents.
Collaborating with senior lawyers, partners, and agents to deliver high‑quality legal services.
Staying up to date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Contributing to the overall growth and development of the legal team and the firm.
Assisting on any other ad‑hoc duties assigned as required.
Reviewing performance data from a legal perspective to inform strategic decisions.

Conveyancing Clerk

Assisting in handling legal documents related to project conveyancing, including sale proclamations, sub‑sales, discharge, perfection of charge, and transfer.

Assisting in liaising with clients, developers, bankers, and various government bodies as necessary.

Maintaining and updating file status on various operating system platforms.

Assisting on any ad‑hoc duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

Project Lawyer

Qualified lawyer with a degree in law and a valid practicing certificate.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and innovative legal solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin (Mandarin speaker would be an added advantage).

Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for the legal profession.

Conveyancing Clerk

Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in law.

Qualified under the Legal Profession Act to complete their pupillage.

Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is preferred.
