Job description

Scope of Work

  • Analyze and optimize expensive SQL queries to improve database performance and reduce load times.
  • Provide comparison reports detailing loading and processing times for optimized SQL queries.
  • Develop complex SQL queries based on business and technical requirements to support data analysis and decision-making.
  • Maintain database integrity, performance, and security at optimal levels.
  • Conduct performance tuning to ensure systems can efficiently handle increased data volume and user load.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to provide technical support and implement necessary database modifications for project support and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MySQL and database management
  • Skilled in SQL query optimization , performance tuning, and complex query development
  • Experienced in data analysis using SQL and reporting
  • Strong understanding of database integrity , backup procedures, and maintenance best practices

    • Working Hours & Arrangement

  • Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (ONSITE)
  • On-call support may be required depending on project criticality, which can be offset accordingly
