About this Position
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead SAP and digital transformation initiatives across sales, logistics, and finance. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools like RPA, CRM, and analytics platforms, while driving IT projects and process improvements.
What You’ll Do
- Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and LE (Logistics Execution) modules, covering order management, shipping, billing, and warehouse processes.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions for OTC (Order-to-Cash) workflows.
- Conduct user training and create process documentation.
- Support integration and enhancement of non-SAP digital tools such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, BI (Power BI), and RPA.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead or support IT projects (e.g., system upgrades, automation initiatives), defining scope, timelines, and deliverables using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, finance, and vendors to align IT solutions with business needs.
- Translate user requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify process gaps and recommend tech-driven improvements.
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance.
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.3–5 years in IT consulting, business analysis, or SAP functional support.Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is required. Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD and LE; experience with SAP WM and EDI is preferred.Proven project management skills across timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.Familiarity with at least one non-SAP digital tool (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, low-code platforms).Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.Some perks of joining Henkel
