Responsibilities
Manage and maintain online stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website) Upload, update and optimise product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, stock availability) Plan and execute sales campaigns, vouchers, bundles and promotions Coordinate with marketplaces for mega campaigns (11.11, 12.12 etc.) Handle customer inquiries via Shopee Chat, TikTok Chat, WhatsApp, email and social media Provide excellent support on product information, payment, delivery, returns and complaints Assist with order fulfilment : order processing, packing checks, delivery coordination with warehouse / logistics Monitor delivery status, returns and refund processes Work with creative / marketing team for product photos, videos, banners and promotional content Assist in running digital ads (Facebook, TikTok, Google) to drive traffic and conversions Collaborate with influencers / KOLs to increase product exposure and brand visibility Monitor competitor pricing, promotions and customer reviews Research e-commerce trends and propose new ideas for growth Track sales performance and prepare weekly / monthly reports for management Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or related field Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce, customer service or fulfilment (fresh graduates with passion are welcome) Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Seller Center and basic digital marketing tools Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus) Detail-oriented, customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive and problem-solving mindset Competitive salary package Sales incentives and performance bonus Training and growth opportunities in e-commerce and digital marketing Medical claim and staff purchase discounts
