Job descriptionA minimum of a Higher Secondary Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, Ideally in Mechanical Engineering and related fields .. At least 2 years of experience in outdoor industrial sales, preferably in a senior role within marketing or business development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong presentation capabilities. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients. Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive. We are seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Assistant Sales & Marketing Industrial Engineer to join our expanding team. This role involves servicing existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our full range of industrial products.
Locations : Penang | Kuantan I Johor | Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow existing client accounts while actively identifying new business opportunities.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Promote and demonstrate the company's full range of industrial products to potential clients.
- Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with agreed terms.
- Provide excellent customer support and maintain strong business relationships.
