As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our natural therapy and alternative medicine clinic. What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients, ensuring a positive first impression
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments
• Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are well-stocked and clean
• Assisting practitioners with patient consultations and treatments as needed
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Handling basic administrative tasks, such as filing, invoicing, and inventory management
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient inquiries
