Role : Management Trainee (Fresh Graduate)

Job Summary : We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join TCS Malaysia as Graduate Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on knowledge, experience, and develop professional skills to kick‑start your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in development programs and on‑the‑job training programs.
• Support teams in daily tasks and projects.
• Conduct research and analysis as required.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Attend team meetings and contribute fresh ideas.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
