Requirements

Requirement :

  • Achieve at least SPM education
  • Working Experience : Fresh graduates (including Form 5 or Form 6 candidate) are welcome to apply
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Punctuality and good working attitude
  • Able to work overtime
  • Proficiency in office software (like MS Office, Excel ,PowerPoint, Canva)

Working Hours :

  • Monday - Friday : 10 : 00am - 7 : 00pm
  • Saturday : 10 : 00am - 4 : 00pm
  • Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing customer orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Monitor order status, including shipment and delivery updates, to keep both the sales team and customers informed.
  • Handle inquiries from customers regarding orders, products, or services.
  • Provide timely and efficient follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that sales data is accurately entered and tracked in system.
  • Organize and file sales-related documents for easy access and reference.
  • Assist with following up on quotes, outstanding payments, or pending orders.
  • Help ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and accurately.
