Associate Manager, Customer Marketing (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)

Agoda – a leading online travel booking platform that connects travelers with 4.7M hotels, flights, and activities worldwide. The position is based in Bangkok and includes relocation support.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels.
  • Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behaviour, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
  • Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A / B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth.
  • Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using tools such as SQL or Tableau.
  • Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.

Qualifications

  • 4‑6 years of experience as a Data Analyst in tech, consulting, e‑commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and impactful recommendations.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehousing : SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Innovative problem‑solving ability, adept at navigating complex challenges and implementing creative solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills : ability to influence and persuade at all levels, including senior management.
