About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our IT services business in the Malaysia market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in IT IT Consuting and Outsourcing, with expertise in building client relationships, winning new accounts, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development : Identify, target, and engage potential clients across the Malaysia region for IT Consuting and Outsourcing.
Client Acquisition : Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and attending virtual / onsite industry events.
Account Management : Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring continuous business growth.
Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the Malaysia region.
Collaboration : Work closely with the recruitment, delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
Negotiations : Lead contract discussions, pricing negotiations, and proposal submissions with clients.
Market Intelligence : Track competitor activities, market trends, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
Reporting : Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and prepare regular business reports for leadership.
