Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Next-Generation Product Manager to drive product strategy from ideation to iteration, focusing on digital innovation, customer-centricity, and agile execution for diverse digital financial products. This role involves comprehensive market research, data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and leveraging emerging technologies like AI / ML. If you have a proven track record in launching and scaling digital financial products and possess strong analytical and communication skills, we invite you to make a significant impact. This role reports to the Value Center General Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Develop and refine the overall product strategy and vision : this sets the direction for all other activities and ensures alignment with business objectives and market needs.
Prioritize product features and initiatives based on user needs, market opportunities, competitive landscape, and business goals.
Proactively seek and integrate customer feedback through methods such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to ensure end-user value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, compliance, marketing) to define product roadmaps and specifications, ensuring effective execution.
Analyze product performance metrics (adoption, revenue contribution, usage, customer satisfaction) and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Holistic business judgment : balance customer value, technical possibilities, strategy, and market trends for optimal decisions.
Strategic product development : align product plans with business goals and market opportunities.
Data-driven product optimization : use data to improve user experience and track product success.
Customer-centric product design : use customer insights to create effective product features and user experiences.
Collaborative effectiveness : work well with others, resolve conflicts, and perform consistently in a changing environment.
Jobholder Requirements
Education / Qualification Degree holder in relevant field.
Experience / Requirements 6 years and above relevant experience.
Successfully launched and scaled diverse digital financial products (e.g., lending, BNPL, Insurtech, mobile wallets, payments).
Ability to analyze complex data, understand market dynamics, and apply business insights to design scalable, sustainable, and customer-centric products.
Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills to articulate product vision and gain stakeholder buy-in.
Driven product decisions through market research, user feedback, and data analysis.
Applied product design principles, Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and customer experience optimization.
Collaborated effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams.
Leveraged emerging FinTech technologies (AI, ML, blockchain, cloud) in product development.
Utilized product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel for behavioral insights.
