Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Install, configure, and commission PLC and HMI systems of Bry-Air Dehumidifier unit at factory and customer locations.

Hands on experience on Rockwell CCW V12, STUDIO 5000,FT STUDIO.

  • Developing of PLC & HMI Programming for Rockwell AB Micro 800 Series PLC, Panel View 800 HMI.

Knowledge in Rockwell Power flex 523, 525 Series VFD.

Basic Knowledge in RTD Sensor, Pressure, Temperature, RH, Dew Point Transmitter & Actuators

  • Troubleshoot electrical and software-related issues in real-time during commissioning or post-installation support.
  • Modify and fine-tune PLC programs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) based on field conditions and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, project management, and customer teams to ensure project success.
  • Interpret and update wiring diagrams, control panel layouts, and system documentation during field activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards on-site.
  • Train end-users and maintenance staff on the operation and basic troubleshooting of automation systems.
  • Provide detailed site reports, commissioning checklists, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support emergency service calls or planned shutdowns as needed.

    • Qualifications :

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with PLC systems in a field or commissioning role.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and actuators.
  • Familiarity with ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text programming.
  • Comfortable working on industrial sites (e.g., manufacturing plants, processing facilities).
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including international assignments and extended site stays.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-changing site conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and passport (if international travel is required).
