Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled HR Analytics Specialist to join our People team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming HR data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for managing the entire data lifecycle, from collection and cleansing to analysis and visualization, while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance our HR data capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Visualization : Design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, recruitment, performance).
- Data Management : Perform data cleansing, data massaging, and transformation to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR datasets.
- Technical Development : Utilize SQL and Google BigQuery to query and manipulate large datasets. Develop and manage data pipelines and workflows using Google Cloud Composer and other Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with internal HR teams and external stakeholders to collect, integrate, and harmonize data from multiple sources.
- Project Management : Lead and manage projects focused on the automation of HR reports and dashboards, improving data infrastructure, reporting efficiency and HR processes.
- Advanced Analytics : Apply advanced dashboarding and spreadsheet functions and analysis techniques to provide ad-hoc reports and deeper insights into workforce trends.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven experience in a data analytics role, preferably within an HR function.Strong proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel , including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , specifically Google BigQuery for data warehousing and Google Cloud Composer for workflow orchestration.Demonstrated ability in creating dynamic and user-friendly dashboards using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.Technical Skills :
Experience with data cleansing, data massaging, and ETL processes.Basic data engineering skills and an understanding of data pipeline architecture.Soft Skills :
