Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the strategic development and equity growth of the brand and company. The incumbent will focus on building a cohesive Sales & Marketing team by setting clear operational priorities and guidelines, while ensuring strong brand positioning and business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Brand marketing
- Develop marketing plans for product launches across offline channels.
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Manages A&P budget and ensure efficient budget spend.
- Prepare reports on product and campaign performance.
- Conduct brand sales analysis and follow up with strategic action plans.
- Oversee marketing strategies including brand building initiatives on social media and email campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management
Oversee all aspects of the brand's membership program.Drive CRM initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and expand the customer base.Public Relations & Events
Set direction for PR initiatives in line with campaign launches.Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and exposure across different PR platforms.Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Marketing or equivalent.Minimum 5 year(s) experience in the beauty retail industry.Strong command of English, both spoken and written.Approachable, resourceful, innovative and outgoing with strong negotiation skills.Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and handle multiple task effectively.
