Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the strategic development and equity growth of the brand and company. The incumbent will focus on building a cohesive Sales & Marketing team by setting clear operational priorities and guidelines, while ensuring strong brand positioning and business growth.

Job Responsibilities

Brand marketing

  • Develop marketing plans for product launches across offline channels.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Manages A&P budget and ensure efficient budget spend.
  • Prepare reports on product and campaign performance.
  • Conduct brand sales analysis and follow up with strategic action plans.
  • Oversee marketing strategies including brand building initiatives on social media and email campaigns.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Oversee all aspects of the brand's membership program.
  • Drive CRM initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and expand the customer base.
  • Public Relations & Events

  • Set direction for PR initiatives in line with campaign launches.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and exposure across different PR platforms.
  • Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 year(s) experience in the beauty retail industry.
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Approachable, resourceful, innovative and outgoing with strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and handle multiple task effectively.
